A-1 Guaranteed were excited recently to share some good news with customers in the Bay Area looking for heating and air conditioning upgrades.

Richard and Krissy Hiteshew, owners of the company since 1996, said A-1 Guaranteed has been partnered with EnergyUpgradeCA which is a program created to reduce energy use. It’s a limited-time opportunity for homeowners to get between $1,000 – $4,500 in incentives just for making qualifying energy efficiency upgrades to their homes! Not to mention tax credits which are available for qualifying measures.
The program is a partnership between the California Energy Commission and the California Public Utilities Commission, and it’s financially supported in part by local utilities companies. A-1 Guaranteed now provide a whole range of heating and air conditioning/insulation services that qualify for the program.
